Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn’t reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing.

If you can see a line through a certain size, it has sold out.

Please add your email to our stock alerts and we’ll let you know if we receive a new delivery. 

We accept all local payment methods.

There will be £6 international card transaction fees.

When you use sandramartt.com, all communication takes place over a fully secure connection. Our payments are processed by an external provider with very high security standards, and we do not store full credit card information on our server. We take all reasonable measures to keep your data safe

After you place your order, you will receive an email of confirmation from us along with your order number.

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges will then be taken.

After your details have been verified and the item(s) located, your order will then be shipped.

Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock styles(s) and your payment for the item(s) will be refunded.

Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number for DHL or TIPSA.

Yes, we require a signature for all Sandra Martt orders.

TIPSA and DHL can deliver to certain destinations without obtaining a signature. Please note, that if you choose this option and no signature is collected, either leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour, you agree to our terms and conditions and, confirm that Sandra Martt can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you or with a neighbour without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. On occasion, DHL or TIPSA may refuse to deliver your order if they are of the opinion that the shipping address is considered to be unsafe.

In order to keep your Sandra Martt shoes in good condition, the following general leather care is recommended: keep the shoes clean and dry using a dry soft cloth; store them in the dust bag provided, we recommend you store each shoe in a separate bag. Always store your shoes away from light and heat, rain and moisture. Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Use a high-quality leather, suede and fabric protector spray, do not spray metallic, patent or Ultra Specchio leathers.

 At Sandra Martt we source the best materials for our products to ensure they are both wonderful and durable. Some of our materials are delicate and need special care, so here is a Care Guide to help you get the most out of your shoes.


Soles and Heels

The soles of your Sandra Martt  shoes are made of natural leather and will therefore naturally wear down with usage. This is not a manufacturing defect; it is a natural process and part of the normal wear of the shoes. It is not recommended to walk on wet soil as shoes will get dirty and the stains are very difficult to remove. Please note that small stains on the leather sole can be softened by rubbing gently with an eraser. With extensive wear the heel tip will naturally deteriorate. It is recommended that these are changed before the inner heel begins to show. This is important as having an unstable heel can lead to balancing issues and can affect the shape of the entire shoe. You can change your heel tip at a shoe cobbler.


Mirror leather

The metallic leather finish to this material may develop wrinkles with constant flexing; this is considered the natural wear of the product and not a fault. Should the leather become wrinkled or scratched, there is no way to restore it. While treating the leather with any alcohol based liquids will damage the metallic finish, mirror leather can be cleaned by gently wiping it with a soft damp cloth and dried immediately. Products made of mirror leather should be stored away from direct sources of humidity and heat. It is in the nature of laminated leathers to lift over time. Ensure that there is minimal contact with sharp objects as this will cause the leather to tear. Ensure the shoes are kept in a cool, dry environment and in their care bags when not in use.



“ Specchio” is the most innovative faux mirror leather and it is incredibly shiny. Due to the nature of this material, shoes made in specchio have low resistance to abrasions and constant flexing. They may develop wrinkles and are therefore susceptible to wear and tear. We recommend cleaning these shoes with a soft dry cloth and without using any aggressive detergents. Before storing the shoes in the box, we recommend filling them with paper and wrap them in their dust bag. Disregarding our advice will result in an alteration of the original state of your shoes for which Sandra Martt cannot accept any responsibility.



Lurex is a delicate material with low resistance to abrasions, therefore a loss of glitter is to be expected. If a glitter area becomes bald, the glitter cannot be reapplied; this is due to the nature of the material, for which Sandra Martt cannot accept responsibility. We recommend you treat your shoes with the utmost care, cleaning them with a soft dry cloth and avoiding any aggressive detergents containing alcohol. Before storing the shoes in the box fill them with paper and wrap them in their dust bag.



Elaphe is an exotic land snake from Asia. Special care should be taken with products made from elaphe and with time, use and atmospheric differences, some of the scales may lift. This is a natural property of snakeskin and once this lifting occurs it is unfortunately not possible to reverse. To ensure your elaphe shoes stay in optimal condition for as long as possible, we recommend caring for them with specific care creams designed for exotic skins. Avoid using liquids containing alcohol on elaphe with a metallic finish.



Nappa is a very soft material and shoes made from it will stretch with time and so we recommend allowance is made for this when selecting your size. Nappa is naturally very porous, and therefore coloured creams and moisturizing agents should be avoided as these may leave watermarks which are very difficult to remove.



Suede is a very absorbent material and therefore marks easily. We recommend using a specific protective product designed for suede to keep products in good condition. A good quality suede sponge or brush may be used to remove loose dirt but care should be taken as excessive use can cause permanent damage. Suede often has subtle colour variations due to the rub of the leather. Excess exposure to water or other liquids may result in staining. If you believe your suede shoes need further cleaning, please consult a professional leather cleaner or expert



Patent will easily absorb ink or pigments from other items that they are in contact with. Each shoe should be kept in its single dust bag when not in use and avoid contact with darker or heavily printed materials. Care should be taken to avoid contact with alcohol or any type of solvent which will damage the high shine finish.



Shearling is relatively resilient to wear – a small amount of shedding may occur with initial use but this will settle with continued wear. Ensure your shearling shoes are cleaned by a leather and fur expert.



Satin is a delicate fabric, minimal contact with sharp or rough objects may cause it to pull or tear. Contact with liquid may cause satin to stain and therefore it is important to keep your shoes safe from rain and other liquids. In terms of cleaning satin a professional shoe cleaner can advise in this regard. When not in use, keep your shoes clean, dry and in their care bags. For satin shoes with crystal embellishments, ensure the shoes are stored in separate care bags or in such a way that the crystals do not come into contact with any part of the satin.



It is important to take extra care with lace shoes as it is a delicate fabrication and needs to be kept out of contact with sharp, rough objects that may catch the material. It is important to keep lace out of contact with water or other liquids. Do not apply leather cleaning products to lace. Please seek a professional cleaning service. When not in use, keep your shoes clean, dry and in their care bags.


Due to the nature of the material, the appearance of our beautiful leathers can transform over time with slight colour changes and markings. Marks can be improved by gently buffing the affected area with a soft cloth. To maintain the appearance of your leather goods, be sure to store them in your dust bags.

The soft leather soles of our pumps, sandals and flats can become damaged if wet. Please keep out of the rain.


Our wings are a signature design feature for Sandra Martt. These styles are all packed with a specially designed wing protector. When storing your shoes, please use the provided wing protectors and separate dust bags to ensure that your shoes and their wings maintain their shape.


All of the glitters we use can be delicate and over time some glitter loss may occur, this is not a fault but is the nature of the material. To prevent this we suggest glitter products are stored individually in dust bags to avoid transfer.

Printed Leathers

Sandra Marcelina,  takes great care to design unique, one-of-a-kind prints for the collections. Please store the printed shoes in dust bags when not in use to avoid colour migration.


Raffia is a delicate material and can fray. You can extend the life of the raffia by storing your shoes carefully in their dust bags when not being worn.

If you have placed your order on sandramartt.com and you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund, in accordance with United Kingdom Sale of Goods Act 1979. Please immediately email  customerservice@sandramartt.com with images of any of your purchases, which you consider have been delivered faulty.

Products are “faulty” if they do not conform to the implied terms under the United Kingdom Sale of Goods Act 1979, which require that our products must correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality.

Please note: If your purchased products become faulty within 5 months of your receiving them, then the law will treat them as having been faulty when you received them. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, you may refer to our Care Guide above for further information.

If you return an item to us as faulty it will be thoroughly inspected by our production team to determine whether an item is faulty or whether it is wear and tear. If you ask for a repair, we will do so only where possible and not disproportionate.

If you ask for a refund, we may be entitled to reduce any refund to take account of any use you have had of the products since they were delivered to you.

If you would like to exchange a faulty product instead of obtaining a refund, we can only replace it for the same product in the same size and any exchange is subject to availability.

If you ask for a repair or replacement and we do not provide one in a reasonable time or have reason for not providing one (other than due to your fault), then you will be entitled to exercise your right to ask for a reduction in price or refund.
